The group mindfulness meditation workshops will involve vast learning of breathing
techniques and building on the ability to practice mindfulness and calmness in stressful or anxious situations.
The methods taugh thought in these workshops have also been successfully received in drug and alcohol rehab centres, and prisons.
From corporate structure to mining groups, growth can take place during a lunch time session, half day, or even full day workshop.
This will suit corporate or mining groups for lunch time sessions, half or full day workshops, or at anytime that is convenient.

ONE ON ONE MEDITATION/HYNOSIS SESSION

These sessions involve individual mindfulness coaching where we discuss an aspect in your life
that you would like to improve or build upon. These sessions are based upon the value of “I am not the Cure, but I am the Care.”. Sessions
They will also allow you to tap into your inner self and your sense of spirituality.

One on One Mindfulness Session (60 Mins):

The One-On-One Mindfulness Coaching sessions will involve a combination of the following:
- Breath work that assists in staying tuned in the present moment.
- Guided Mindfulness Meditation that allows for peace of mind and improves concentration.
- Energy/Aura cleansing to balance Chakras within the body.
- Visualisation techniques that enables to silence doubt and focus on manifesting.
- Improved productivity and work performance;
- Tarot reading.
- The Guided Mindfulness Meditation sessions incorporate the same techniques thought in a Maximum Security Prison and at drug and Alcohol Rehab centres.
- One on One Guided Meditation Sessions can be thought in person (Perth, WA) or through Skype for international clients.
